At Simba Sea Trips we are committed to safeguarding and preserving the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you whilst you visit our site or book one of our tours. We do update this Policy from time to time so please do review it regularly.

2. Information provided voluntarily by you. For example, when you make a booking enquiry, complete a booking, or subscribe to our newsletter.

4. Booking and passenger information required to operate your tour — including name, passport number, age, contact details, emergency contact, and any relevant medical or dietary information you choose to share with us.

Such information will not identify you personally. It is statistical data. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever.

4. To operate your booking — including confirming your tour, arranging your hotel transfer, processing insurance cover, and communicating with you before, during and after your tour.

If you have previously purchased goods or services from us we may provide to you details of similar goods or services, or other goods and services, that you may be interested in.

Where your consent has been provided in advance, we may allow selected third parties to use your data to enable them to provide you with information regarding unrelated goods and services which we believe may interest you. Where such consent has been provided it can be withdrawn by you at any time by emailing sales@simbaseatrips.com.

Unfortunately the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically. Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.

We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to meet our operational, legal and accounting obligations, and to support any ongoing customer relationship with you.

Disclosing Your Information

We will not disclose your personal information to any other party other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in the circumstances detailed below:

1. In the event that we sell any or all of our business to the buyer.

To third-party service providers who help us operate our business — including our booking partner (Bokun), payment processor (Stripe), insurance provider, hotel transfer partners, and email and messaging platforms. These providers only receive the information they need to perform their role, and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Images, Photos & Video

During your tour, Simba's crew, guides and professional photographers may take photos and video footage of customers, group activities, beaches, snorkeling sites and other tour locations. By participating in a Simba tour, you agree that Simba may use these images and footage for promotional, marketing and editorial purposes — including (but not limited to) our website, social media channels, online travel agent listings, promotional materials and press.

If you do not wish to have your image used in this way, please email sales@simbaseatrips.com or tell your guide at the start of the tour, and we will respect your preference.

On occasion we include links to third parties on this website. Where we provide a link it does not mean that we endorse or approve that site's policy towards visitor privacy. You should review their privacy policy before sending them any personal data.
